Reiki

Reiki is an ancient Japanese technique that uses the universal energy available to all of us for energy balancing and hands on healing. Everything is connect and made of energy including us! 

During a Reiki session, the person lays down and relaxes, while I feel the energy along the main energy centers of your body. These energy centers are called Chakras. I feel each chakra  to know whether it is underactive, overactive or balanced. This information can be very insightful as it can clearly assess emotional states and guide persons to the part of their lives that needs the most attention or healing. While I feel the person's energy, I am transferring the universal life force of healing and loving energy of which your body chooses to utilize it as it needs. Reiki is a truly amazing phenomenon. You learn more about your holistic body, mind, and soul while relaxing and healing at the same time.

Sessions last between 50-60 minutes in person. ($70)

Crystal Reiki is utilizing the regular reiki as described above but with specific energy healing from crystals. Crystals are natural rocks that form under very high earthly temperatures and pressures. They are special rocks because each hold a specific vibration and healing energy that can compliment and increase the healing experience. The vibrations of the crystals help further balance the energy centers or chakras of which they are placed.

During a Crystal reiki session, after the regular reiki, reiki-charged crystals are placed along the body's 7 chakras with the intention to provide crystal healing and further energy balancing to your body. It truly deepens the reiki experience and overall balancing.

Sessions last between 50-60 minutes in person. ($80)

Distance Reiki is performing energy healing and balancing from a distance. You can be anywhere in the world and engage in a reiki distance healing session. Due to distance, I will not be able to  directly feel your energetic imbalances, but I would rather intuitively know. Distance healing energy will be sent to you while you relax. The entire universe is made of the same source of energy in which distance reiki has the ability to connect to your energy and send healing to you wherever you are.

During a Distance Reiki session, a client would engage in a zoom call with me. They would relax to several tools that I will provide while I send loving and healing energy to them. Your body will be relaxed by the end of the session. Client can opt for contactless option as well. Reiki is done without any contact. Name and clear picture.will be required of consenting individual.

Sessions last between 20 minutes via distance. ($35)
