Most services can be accessed online through zoom if you are not physically on the island of St. Martin. In Person Sessions are held at my office. Location disclosed upon booking. Home visits are possible upon request for an addition charge.

Reiki/ energy medicine is for everyone and can be helpful in many situations. Whether you are battling anxiety and depression, or having physical aches and pains, or even have long term conditions or diseases, Reiki can help you heal. It helps with inflammation, pain, headaches, emotional uprisings, etc. Reiki helps by balancing your energy and gives insight to any imbalances/ blocks in your body. It is a calming and relaxing yet insightful experience.

Put simply, NO. We are all made of energy, life force energy. Nothing is inherently negative or positive, it is our intentions and how we use the energy that makes it positive or negative. Reiki is using the Life force energy that makes up each and every one of us. This life force is accessible to any and every human being. I simply channel loving and healing energy from source/ the universe and the intelligence within your body takes it and decides how it will use it to balance your body. I heal by holding space.

I do NOT participate in Obeah or devil work. I perform Light work with high vibrational healing energy for highest good of all. My intentions stem from unconditional love.

Therapy sessions are tailor made to each client and their unique makeup. We will explore ways to support your healing through several modalities. We will use energy work from metaphysics, talk therapy techniques from CBT, Self exploration through holistic methods, and energy unblocking, and much more. Each client is unique as will be their sessions. Package deals are available for 4+ sessions.

No, all you have to do is be comfortable and relax. Wear comfortable clothing and be at ease. This experience is meant to be healing, relaxing, and help you release what no longer serves you and  tune into your infinite self some more.

A spiritual awakening in other cultures could be called a "Nirvana" or an "Enlightenment" or a state of "Bliss". Spiritual awakening also means the tuning into oneself where one is able to step back and "awaken" to their life and inner infinite power while shedding trauma and all that does not serve them. It is simply a journey to your true self.

There is no time limit or buffer time. You can receive reiki energy at anytime and as many times you wish. For those looking for insight to more balanced lives, I would recommend a session once every 1-2 months for energy "checkups" or book our chakra healing therapy package where we work together for your deeper healing as well as monitor your energy changes over time with Reiki healing and holistic counseling.

All Services can be offered in Person on Saint Martin. Location is disclosed after  appointment is booked.

All services EXCEPT QHHT  can be offered via distance/online using a zoom.

The only difference is that crystals are used to energize and enhance the healing session. Crystal Reiki is 10 minutes longer than Reiki. See the Reiki Tab on the left for more detailed  information.

Reiki is energy healing sessions where I balance the body's chakras and give unconditional loving healing energy. Chakra healing therapy is a package of 4-6 sessions that alternate between reiki and talk therapy. This service is for those looking to understand the psycho-physiology behind their energy blocks and helps clients track their energetic/psychological growth over time. Energy counseling is general energy psychology talk therapy for those looking for a compassionate ear, advice, or the simplicity of traditional talk therapy with a twist.
